You people cannot even attend to a basic request such as a statement. Your agents are *********** and rude and drops calls and when we complain, you guys respond on hello peter with this automated reply which you also dont acknowledge when we tell you, we dont get replies. can you just help with a god forsake statement!!!!!!!!!!
