Misconduct

Ntsikelelo from Nudebt you deserve to be fired, the level of emotions you projected on a call i recieved and unprofessionalism that you end up hanging up is beyond disrespectful. You had realised that your consultants make alot of mistakes when calling clients by going against the DCA and exposing confidential information proved you capacity as a leader is weak.

Due processes and proceedures are not followed in your company and i wonder how many innocent consumers fall victim to your prescribed accounts which you force them to acknowledge and then collect money on them. It is wrong for you and your team to state how you will ruin people's credit reputation and take legal actions, this is abuse of power especially because you guys have money and papers to fight anyone that goes to court with you.

I personally am not happy that you failed to identify crucial mistakes made on the proceedure of the whatever account you guys proclaim i have and that you ended up raising your voice just as your previous consultant and hung up the call before you allow me an opportunity to speak. I can only imagine that had i agreed to the allegations you made about me having an MTN account i would be now paying for something i dont have.

People such as yourself are unfair to clients and rude, you are profit driven and not consider the impact of damage that you cause in people's lives. I hope your seniors deal with you and something be done to audit the level of professionalism on calls from your company and check if you guys follow the DCA correctly
