****mers in disguise

Received multiple emails for the regarding my rain account, which i canceled over a year ago ,for the amount of 250.00. Requested call backs....no response. Contacted them on their call center number and the jhb number, also no response. I honestly think they are ****mers, hiding behind a debt collection name.
