I am being harassed and threatened by NuDebt even though my statement shows a zero balance as the payment was made in February 2024. In the same month (February 2024) I reached out to NuDebt and Elaine Jack (***) indicated that they would investigate the matter. I stopped receiving emails in May 2024 and they randomly started harassing me again with and amount that I know nothing about. Essentially the stole money and are now trying to collect more using false claims. They are not answering emails and calls. I have reached out to every entity available to investigate the ***** and harassment
