I'd give a 0, but thats not an option...they are the dumbest most pathetic debt management services in creation!!! Staff are completely uneducated and could not add a simple sum of 1+1. I have sent through my proof of payment over 30 times, via email and their online system, with reference numbers and have now paid my telkom account 3 times die to their threatening legal action and constant affect to my credit record. After multiple calls to their uneducated staff and sending proof of payment, they still did not recon this account. They are ******* using bully tactics to force people to keep paying accounts already paid using the threat of legal action. *******!!! *****!!! Worst staff!!!
