Absolutely useless. They hounded us on behalf of their customer...telkom. We tried to find a resolution with numerous people from their side and each person didnt know what they were doing. The more my wife tried to contact them, the more there was a new person and thats where the communication stopped. Just another typical bbee garage-based startup company.
