Just pay!! All we need to do. Pay!

Apparently my TV Licence has been handed over to these people. NO one can inform me and let me know what's going on. Mean time I am just paying and paying and paying ending up with 3 years worth of tv licence Subscription but still I need to pay as I am paying for admin fee which I did not know about and no one will inform me. Unhappy and want the fees to be in credited!!
