It's like talking to ghosts

My husband settled his account and we are still receiving threatening emails about Trace Alerts being put on his name, even though we have paid and sent proof of payment to them. We don't even live in the country anymore and I have been trying for a year now to cancel this license and no one ever responds to any emails or whatsapps. Terrible company
