ITC ******* handover !

Hi

I have made contact with them several times , calling there call centre number *** , speaking to the agents that coudl bearly pronounce my name and struggeld to take my ref and ID when i tried giving it to her.

I was promised they would provide me witht the statement an invioces in regrds to my debt . I was willing to make an arragement for payment but needed to check first . This was related to a portaion which my medical aid did not cover .

I rep**** on an emial that i got from them and got a ref *** for my qeury I am still waiting for feedback or assistance .

I also comunicated via WhatApp on the number th provided , did not get any reply . I asked for a call back and on a differnt WhatApp number , im still waiting

I agan got a notice that i will be handed over to ITC if ai dont pay my debt by Friday the 15th September .
