Is Nudebt a ****? Why aren't they acknowledging my payment?

I received an email on 13/10/2023 from Nudebt (***) offering me a Discount Settlement Amount, which I accepted on 19/10/2023 and paid on 02/11/2023. I sent them the proof of payment to which I received a response with the reference number ***.

Since then no one has acknowledged my payment and I have since received several messages stating "Notice of Judgement".

I'm trying to fix my financial status and this isn't helping.
