INCORRECT INFO AND HARRASSMENT

I have been contacting Nudebt Management for a few months now requesting that they remove my details for TV License no ***. This outstanding fee is for a Mr. Dyantyi, not for me. I have received the following replies from your consultants:<br> 1. We'll remove it now<br> 2. It has been removed<br> 3. You need to ask SABC to remove it (which I did)<br> 4. We have to complete the internal process<br> 5. We can't remove it<br> 6. It'll take a month<br> 7. We couldn't delete it before but now I can.<br> <br> After all these useless replies I asked to speak to a supervisor/ manager who promptly hung up on me. I also sent an email requesting my number be removed and I received no reply. <br> <br> And guess what? I still get harassed with messages. <br> <br> And please do not respond on this public forum stating my cell number as I have seen in previous replies.
