Incompetence at this company is highly regarded

I recently wrote a review regardibg Nu Debt Management who were harrasing me regarding a Telkom account.After numerous emails being sent with proof of payment and numerous phonecalls I finally spoke with a guy named Lonwabu who advised me to email *** for attention Ellain Jack.This morning I received an email from Zandile Whitney Tsutsu who sent me an email from *** to confirm that they had indeed received proof of payment and would follow up from Telkom who had in the beginning tried to deduct my monthly amount from the wrong bank. I suggest to anyone having problems with harrasment from nudebt to forward your responses to the two people mentioned in this review ie Ellain Jack and Zandile Whitney Tsutsu .
