improper business practise

Nudebt are used by telkom in this case to (incorrectly) pursue a non existent debt. They make threats and cross business ethics by stating things like legal action has been launched/blacklisting etc. <br> <br> The law is quite simple, this is not allowed unless nubedt has ACTUALLY done this ( it all relates to the fact that I WANT to defend this action and therefore there actions incur cost to me for a lawyer). I want this matter to go to court<br> <br> There is no amount of fighting/cajoling//explanation/( even insults) or asking them to verify facts that work. They simply continue to do these bad business practice acts with impunity. <br> <br> I am more than pleased to meet n court but instead i have to continue to get these sms's that endanger their license. <br> <br> I again invite nudebt to proceed to court and stop trying to scare citizens with what in effect are actions in breach of the debt collectors allowed actions.. Bring it on nudebt.. i want your license as a trophy. let a judge decide on your action also!<br> <br> NormanButchGrant
