******* Fund Debiting

I ported my account from Altech Autopage to Vodacom Direct at the end of February 2015. After finalizing the process, Altech Autopage HO and Altech Autopage Faerie Glen Branch confirmed that my account is settled and deactivated, in actual fact i have received confirmation that i have R723.03 credit with Altech .. Debit order after debit order was debited from my account, whereby Altech informed me to stop the debit order on my side and to reverse all future debit orders. Two weeks ago i received sms'es from a debt collection company named Nudebt, claiming i am in breach of contract with Altech Autopage, after discussing the matter with a Nudebt consultant, she returned my call stating and confirming that Altech is in arrears with me, and that she will pass this back to Altech - I am not a contract holder of Altech nor is my account active with Altech, I don't owe Altech 1 cent. I have numerous documents, statements and emails to prove this. Nudebt *******ly debited R 600 x 2 = R 1200 from my account yesterday, without any authorization. I want answers today. Nudebt is brave and irresponsible. I honestly hope that Nudebt have their ducks in a row, i am taking this further.
