******* debt created by SABC and chased by NuDebt

To Nudebt Management and the SABC,

As I explained to your Nudebt employee on 10/12/2018 via phone call, the SABC have made an error on my company name.

I tried to get a licence online back in September as I needed to buy a TV. The online system did not seem to work and kept showing an error.

As I needed a licence to buy a TV, I went to Makro on 27 September 2018 and opened a licence in my personal name so I could buy the TV. Proof of which I have in the Makro receipts.

At no point did I receive confirmation that the licence was opened in the company’s name until I received an email on 18 October 2018 from SABC saying I owed them for a business licence. See attached correspondence to the SABC.

Now, Nudebt is chasing me for an ******* debt created by SABC. I received the first email from Nudebt on 10/12/2018 then a call about 2 hours after the email from some woman claiming to work for Nudebt. I explained the situation and that I would email the information through. Now today I get a harassing and threatening text from Nudebt stating they attempted to contact me numerous times. Which is preposterous. Should you continue to harass me like this, I will seek legal action against you. It is ******* to harass and intimidate people as you are doing!

Between Nudebt and SABC, you people need to fix this and cancel the business account as it is ******* to try make me pay 2 licences for 1 TV.
