******* Debit Order and Defamation of Character

On the 28th August Nudebt passed a debit order on my account without my consent or even contacting me. I immediately stopped the debit order. On the 29th August Nudebt forwarded a rude and discriminating text message to my mobile I mainly use at work and whom anyone can access. When I contacted Nudebt it took me an entire day to finally speak to Gareth Anthony he informed me that Telkom Mobile handed my info to them to proceed with collection, when I asked for a statement or invoice his reply was " Our company takes action without invoices at hand and that they operate from mail sent to them with an ammount and client details to collect. THAT IS *******...my consent was not given and a theft case should proceed against this company. I have emails with information sent to me by Gareth that proofs he has no idea what accounting is about and is sending mail to the wrong person at Telkom to obtain the statement!!!! Gareth alos confirmed to me that there is no turn around time limit for him to respond to my request.. He refuses to call me back and my emails are not answered. You leave me no other alternative but to contact the Ombudsman, and a complaint will be loged to the COUNSIL OF DEBT COLLECTION. Nudebt should make sure of there facts before atempting to ******* debit order or send threatning sms text messages. My 5th contract started with Telkom in May and to date the account is still and always been on current. All other contracts had there time expired without any payment problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I strongly suggest you send me that Appology letter included with the statement I requested or face the consequences that will follow. TELKOM responded to me within 24 hours and provided me with a delisting letter same was forwarded to Gareth as it was clearly an error made by one incompitent staff member of Telkom. Nudebt staff is incompotant and arrogant they should clearly look at this matter as there company is not prudent at all.
