If i couldve given a...

If i couldve given a zero i would have... My Shoe city account was with them... After paying last amount they tell me they cant seem to find the last payment... Its been 2 months struggling and call after call its just another excuse.. now finding out they gave my account to another debt company and now saying i must pay them... How does that work?
