Identity Theft to open a cellphone contract

somebody opened a cell phone contract under my name at Bedfordview Altech Auto Page around July 2015. from August AutoPage Altech started to debit me R1300 and I went to the Bank to reverse the money. since then I was debited every month until today 15 October 2015.<br> <br> when I consulted Autopage at Wonderpark Mall I was given a ***** incident form and advised to make affidavit at the police which will accompany a copy of my ID book together with a 3 months bank statement of which I dis and faxed on 16 September 2015.<br> the Autopage headoffice ensured me that the contract had been cancelled and it will be off from the system with immediate effect and that no further transaction would be debited from my account.<br> <br> today, 15 October 2015 I received an SMS notification that NUDEBT had debited R1300, I called Altech Autopage where the person opened the account and they referred me to head office, they checked on the system and informed me that the contract was cancelled and that I should call the NUDEBT to enquire about the matter.<br> <br> I called them and the person who assisted me was very rude and she told me the very same story that I was told to do. pls assist me with this matter.
