Identify ***** not being resolved

It’s been 3 months were Telkom and Nudebt have been debiting my bank account when I do not have a contract with them. I have submitted my affidavit and requested documents to stop this to no avail. This is really frustrating and I am now taking it up with my lawyers to sort this out as I am getting penalised by my bank and it’s ruining my credit profile.
