I will stop paying telkom if you keep on doing this

Nudabt has been coming to my account to try to take money but my contract is up to date this thing started 1 April and 30 April all I want know who gave you permission to do what ever you like to my account because this thing you doing is putting me on arrears with telkom I pay telkom 5 every month but you came to my account every last day of the month if you didn't get any money telkom charge me a penalty of R202 which is something I don't like 2 times now you doing this
