I want them to clear my name

Good day Hello Peter am struggling to deal with people who collect Dept from SABC I paid my TV lisence on the 7th of January 2024 I never skipped payment of my TV lisence the SABC send me an email confirmation that you have paid your TV lisence for the next 12 months now am receiving calls from Dept collector to remind me to pay which I did am kindly asking for help which are the procedures to ensure am cleared up from this mess I paid my TV lisence on the 5th January 2024 TV lisence number ***
