I paid in earlier than agreed upon and received a notice of summons

i made an arrangement with Nudebt to pay my account on the 20th of every month . my first installment started in December , i was paid earlier because its DECEMBER and the company i worked for paid us earlier , so i paid my account on the day i was paid , and i received a notification stating a notice of summons . the first consultant who i called said that it was made in error and that a sms would be sent stating it was in error , however an arrangement that was already in place was sent to me again . i called in again and was told the reason i received that notification because i only made an arrangement to pay my account this year . I then called in a third time whereby i was told that my calls would be listened to and they would assist . I then emailed Queries and i have not received any communication . It has been 3 days . I called in today and a consultant by the name of Rhulani Magani told me that things will not go my way , i requested to speak to a manager she told me that : no manager was there she doesn't know her manager and told me that because i paid early it would be seen as no payment as i had arranged for another day , her customer care was disguising to say the most , she began shouting at me as if i was a child . i stated i would like to speak to a manager and she said i must listen to her and no manager would answer my call . this reflects badly on me because i paid in earlier ? i then spoke to another consultant named rose who said the manager is on lunch and doesn't know when he/she will be back .
