Horribly unprofessional

These people are horribly unprofessional! I've paid an account with them more than 2 weeks ago, I've sent through the proof of payment to them multiple times, I keep getting emails and sms's that they will get judgement against me for a full R709 and delivering a summons at my work will negatively affect my employment record??

I'm very sure that you're not allowed to threaten consumers like this especially if the matter has already been resolved. I will be reporting them to the Credit Ombudsman for unfair credit practices. Shocking behavior really!
