Horrible, terrible!

We received an account from ER Consulting a YEAR after we visited the ER. They were demanding the outstanding amount even though we were shocked at receiving an account a year later for the first time. We started paying off monthly, even though we did not agree with their way of doing things. Account paid up, now Nudebt is literally harassing us and sending emails with THREE different amounts outstanding in a matter of 4 days. Two different emails and two different amounts in ONE day! It just keeps getting more and more! How on earth is this possible? I do not appreciate the fact that we are being harassed and threatened at all! How can this be legal practice? Absolutely appalling to say the least
