Horrible service at NU debts. Money making scheme, they are ********s

Horrible experience altogether. Overcharge and they are aggressive towards people. Endless messages, calls and emails. I have been paying every month only to find that the money has been increasing. From owing R5000 to now owing R7600 irregardless of paying them every month, when I ask them the reason they say dont know.

I received a statement which indicates that the more I pay is the more they add interest to my balance. I can't pay for what I dont know.
