Horrible experience

Horrible, unorganized bunch of hooligans. I was handed over due to (my fault) non-payment on a telkom account for 1 month. Contacted by Nudebt and arranged and accepted a debit order mandate. Thereafter I still received daily emails with threats and harassment. It is now 2 weeks later (after successful debit order) and I have contacted Telkom to find out why my line is not open yet, and their answer?? THEY HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY PAYMENT FROM NUDEBT!!!!! So, Nudebt is *****ing funds from Telkom and earning interest on the funds laying in their account. Either that or the admin process is as unorganized as above stated and that the payment is not allocated to my account. Now I am required by Telkom to send bank statements through to prove that the debit order went off…. Surely that should have been done by Nudebt to allocate my payment…
