Horrible customer support

If it was possible to rate zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, I paid off my MTN account using NuDebt and I still have never received a paid up letter. This was in July 2024, almost 2 years later I am still being ignored by NuDebt and they claim to not have received my POP. I’ve resent it countless times, but conveniently so they can’t find it.

I cleared my debt as per the amount given by NuDebt and using a reference no. provided to me by NuDebt, my only error was paying that amount directly into MTN’s ABSA bank account. Nonetheless, the POP is there, the reference no. is accurate and instead of writing off my debt, they are trying to pin a new exorbitant amount on me siting that I have never paid and it’s interests accrued; how are interests accrued on a debt I cleared and paid up almost 2 years ago.

I get sent pillar to post whenever I demand my paid up letter.

Poor customer service and even poorer management.
