Harrassing me and never respond

<p>Telkom owe me money but think that i owe them . I have been unable to get any response from them.</p> <p>In the meantime they have handed over the matter to NuDebt to collect. </p> <p>After numerous SMSes from them, and trying to resolve the matter with Telkom, I eventually got through to them on 30 Aug 16 - phoning from the UK.</p> <p>I followed up that telehone conversation with 3 emails - each time getting an automated response - and i have seen various people have read the email.</p> <p>But 17 days later i still have not had any human response.</p> <p>In the meantime they keep harrassing me with more and more threatening SMSes.</p> <p>They clearly have no intention to try to resolve the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>(Please note that if you should happen to respond by telephone, you need to preceed the given number with 0044)</p>
