Harrasment emails from NuDebt Management

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against NuDebt Management (Pty) Ltd, who are continuously harassing me regarding an alleged debt with Cell C.

All amounts on this account were fully settled a long time ago, and I have provided NuDebt with proof of settlement in the form of official paid-up letters. Despite this, I continue to receive letters and emails demanding payment, including recent communications in which they have increased the alleged outstanding amount without justification.

Their persistent attempts to collect an already settled debt are causing me undue stress and concern. I consider this conduct to be harassment and a violation of my rights under the National Credit Act and Consumer Protection Act, which protect consumers from unfair debt collection practices.

I request that this matter be investigated and that NuDebt be instructed to cease all communications regarding this settled debt. I have attached copies of all relevant correspondence, including proof of payment and their recent letters demanding payment.
