Harrasment by nudebt

I missed 3 MTN payments and i was handed over to nudebts. I made an arrangement of R500 to pay off my account. I started with a balance of 10k, 1st deduction was february 2025, i called in requesting for my statement and to-date, im told i owe 8500. I ask how im told there's fees they deduct monthly when they send me emails to remind to me pay. I have been requesting for a settlent letter for a lil over two weeks. Still my plea falls onto deaf ears. Nudebt has no boundries
