Received this harassing email from this totally *********** company as my account is in arrears for R 0.00. Please advise how I must pay R 0.00 ? HANDOVER NOTIFICATION

We are members of the Association of Debt Recovery Agents and registered in terms of the Debt Collectors Act. Our client, SABC has handed over your arrear TV License account to NuDebt Business Management Pty Ltd.
