HARASSMENT FROM YOUR PATHETIC CALL CENTER

We pay our COJ RATES & TAXES every single month on time and somehow our account ends up by these people. How do you pay a bill that was already paid with a 0.00 balance??? The current bill is due and they think it's fine to enter into an arrangement as if we don't know our responsibility to pay our on time paid bills!!!

I AM NOT ENTERING INTO ANY ARRANGEMENT, STOP CALLING AND HARASSING US FOR BILLS ALREADY SETTLED ON THIS ACCOUNT. YOU PEOPLE ARE HARASSING US AND IT'S NOT ON. GO CHASE REAL DEBTORS AND STOP WASTING OUR TIME!!!
