Harassment from your agent

<br> <br> i am very ****ed off by the treatment that i get form your collections agent by the name of Phindile or something she is rude and she doesn't have a right to tell me that i am disrespectful hence i am unable to pay my TV licence and she keeps calling me and hung up i would like action to be take against her as i know the collections procedure i work for a company that deals with collecting everyday and it is not acceptable to disrespect people who put food on your table.
