Harassment from NuDebt Management

<p>I am getting SMS messages daily telling me I owe on a Cell C account. To top it off R89.00 was deducted from my bank account without me authorising a debt order. I've cant remember having a Cell C Account it was so long ago and therefore the debt has prescribed. How do I stop this continual harrassment and who gave NuDebt the right to start a debit order against my account without informing me. I didnt sign anything nore did I acknowledge owing C- Cell any money.</p>
