Harassment

They keep harassing me for paid a Telkom account. My contract has been paid off and secondly I regret taking another contract from Telkom last month.

I’ve sent numerous messages and proof of debt order on email and WhatsApp. The reference number keeps changing every month.

Can someone advise on how to take affirmative legal action
