Harassment

I missed one payment with Telkom actually not even a payment but their R203 unpaid debit fee and now NuDebt Management is harassing me over R 203 with everyday smses of legal actions and credit bureaus dat time Telkom has debited my account for dat amount when I call them they say it hasn’t reflected on their side after a whole 23 days. So how is it my problem dat Telkom hasn’t updated their things with them? Nu debt Management is full of nonsense.
