Harassment at workplace email address

This company keeps on sending me emails for a person who owns debt with the name of MR SHANGE. My email address has my name and surname, Andrea Hendrikse. I have asked them countless times to remove my details from their system as I am not MR SHANGE, but alas, they keep on threatening and harassing me at my work email address???? Like really, what does it take to get through to a rock or the idiot behind the computer?
