Harassment and ******ion

<p>I have been contacted by NuDebt on behalf of ADT Security saying that my mum (who is in ill health therefore I handle all matters pertaining to her) owes an amount of R14 094.00 to ADT. This account with ADT was cancelled in April, proof of the return of the goods and cancellation of the contract was sent to Mellisa Ncube at NuDebt in October who confirmed it will take 7-14 working to resolve on NuDebt side. It is two months later and I am being constantly harrassed and threatened with letters of final demand and trace alerts when I do not owe any monies to ADT or NuDebt. I had advised Mellisa Ncube that I will proceed with legal action as NuDebt is trying to ****** money but still nothing has been done. Clearly it is time I move forward with this matter legally.</p>
