HARASSMENT
I repeatedly get SMS messages from this company for a person I do not know. Clearly they have got an error in their system that associates my cellphone number with this individual. I have repeatedly phoned them to request them to correct this mistake and stop sending their messages to me, and every time I am told by the operator that they have corrected the problem. Then a week later I get another SMS from them for this unknown person for an unpaid TV licence. My licence is up to date and has NEVER been in arrears so to me this is clearly harassment which I am unwilling to tolerate. I have even requested they take me to court for the unpaid debt so I can sue them for their continued harassment of an innocent person
We acknowledge the receipt of your hello peter complaint.
Please be advised that we did some investigation on your cell phone number *** and found out that due to system updates ,the number was updated by the system again automatically.
The matter was escalated to our IT Department to remove your number from our data base.
As soon as that has been done ,we will revert back to you.
