Harassment

Considering taking them to court due to harassment. They won’t stop spamming me with phone calls, emails and SMSs every single day, saying that I owe money to Rain (which I don’t, I’ve settled everything with Rain). They refuse to do their jobs and communicate with Rain about this, and continue to call me threatening to blacklist me. I literally don’t know what else to do to get them to stop, every time I ask to speak to someone in charge they put me on hold and never put me through to anyone. Every time I try to email them or call them the emails bounce (saying the inbox is full) and the phone number doesn’t work. They are relentless and are causing me considerable stress.
