Harassment

Been getting SMS' about my TV license being in arrears for months now from this company, that time I do not have a TV or a TV license. When I eventually called in I was told by a rude lady that I must pay and all sorts of nonsense before explaining how it came to me owing them. Apparently this was over a deal I cancelled back in Sept of 2011 with Electric Express after they deducted money from my account yet they failed to deliver my goods. Now when I cancelled the whole deal they never informed SABC I'm no longer taking the TV. As things stand this company has tarnished my name on ITC even after I proved to them I cancelled the deal. They keep saying I must speak to SABC even though they are the ones after my blood. I plead with you once more to clear my name on ITC, remove my details off your databases and never ever contact me again about paying for something I do not have.
