Harassment

Got harassed by one of the agents by the name of Sesethu. She demanded I pay the outstanding amount TODAY without any arrangement.

She was really rude and raised her voice at me and refused for me to speak to another agent and told me “Goodluck” when I told her I’d like to speak to another agent and investigate.

This is all for TV license amount of R318.

This level of service if highly unprofessional and uncalled for.
