Harassing me with their baseless communication from their Telkom

This company works with Telkom to harass consumers, I have explained my side of story to them after seeing them sending me lot of SMSs harassing me and threatening me with their lawyers, I have given them the case that I logged with Telkom their client which explains that the case was resolved yet still they still harassing me.
