Harassing emails

If it was up to me I wouldn't give them even a single star, every month I get same irritating emails to pay telkom even when they have(telkom) debited, like this happens literally every month. I keep on sending them proof of payment but that does not help, I've ran out of ideas don't know what to do anymore
