Harassed for an account that doesn't belong to me

I am getting sms's for an account that does not belong to me, I have called for the last 4 months to have my number removed. Yes, 4 god damn months I have been asking to not be harrassed for an account that doesn't not belong to me.

Every god damn time I speak to someone they say they will escalate it to IT and then low and behold I get another god damn sms for this god damn account that doesn't belong to me.

I need this resolved today!
