Harassed by Nu Debt for Judgement Bcos Telkom didn’t help

After being ignored by Telkom consultants for weeks on end we now get an sms that judgement will be passed for not paying. This matter needs to be escalated to Telkom customer service manager. It’s disgusting and totally unacceptable to be treated like this when we were ready to pay the cancellation fee months ago
