Harassed

I'm not sure whether to cry of laught.. I am being harassed by Nu Debt with an MTN account which is closed and no longer reflecting on my ITC and I have been singing the same song with all of their agents who has made contact with me, I'm not sure whether do update an account with a client after speaking too!!
