Handed over to Nudebt Management

Was handed over by cell c for being behind with my cellphone account, arranged to make payment with nudebt and settled the account before the agreed time. Have been asking the company to give me a settlement letter since 5 December 2018 and have not received the letter till today 22 January 2019 all i have received is promises of sending me the letter with no luck.

Company said thy are not the ones responsible to send my documents to credit bureau to be removed from the credit list since it was not them who put me in it, when i called Cell c head office they said nudebt is the one to send my things to credit bureau since they have handed me over to them i also asked my bank to have a second opinion to the situation and they said nudebt is the one to give in my things to credit bureau.

Called last week Thursday for the clearance letter thy promised Friday afternoon but today is Tuesday still have not received anything they said once i get the settlement letter i should take it to cell c for them to take me off or i call credit bureau myself today is a month and 2 weeks and still have not received help but i have settled the account.
