I have been debited **********ly -- a. The account in question (as on my bank statement) does not belong to me. b. I have had no conversation authorising anyone to debit my account (that is *******) c. I have been debited numerous times and have had to pay unpaid bank charges.

I called this company many times over but to no avail.
