********** trying to collect made up debt

I received an sms that ER consulting has handed me over to Nudebt, when I call the *** they cant see for which hospital the account is for, I sent whatsapp message on *** the response was I consulted on the 24/10/2018 and my medical aid didn't pay I work at my medical aid there are no claims on the system and I was at work the whole day , NuDebt is unable to provide me with the service provider or practice number . I then called ER consulting as NuDebt says this is their account they cannot pick anything up with my Id number or medical aid number. the only account I had with ER consulting was paid by my medical aid and that was in 2011 July. bunch of chance takes trying to ***** money I work hard for.
